Beijing Dongfang Zhiqi E-Commerce Co., Ltd. won the bid to acquire 49% stake in Zhejiang Aerospace Electronics Information Industry Co., Ltd. from Aerospace Communications Holdings Co.,Ltd. for approximately CNY 230 million.

Beijing Dongfang Zhiqi E-Commerce Co., Ltd. won the bid to acquire 49% stake in Zhejiang Aerospace Electronics Information Industry Co., Ltd. from Aerospace Communications Holdings Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600677) for approximately CNY 230 million on December 29, 2017. On January 8, 2018, an agreement was signed. As per January 6, 2021, transaction is subject to approval from People’s Bank of China.
