BMO Real Estate Partners acquired 12,228 Square Feet Retail Unit at Paseo de Gràcia 32 in Barcelona from Adolfo Dominguez SA (CATS:ADZ) for 45 million on January 22, 2016. Catella France acted as real estate advisor, Perez-Llorca acted as legal advisor and KPMG LLP (United Kingdom) acted as accountant to BMO Real Estate Partners. N+1 Group acted as financial advisor and Marta Rios, Ignacio Zarzalejos, Noemí Blázquez, David López Pombo, Ángel Maestro and Jorge Viñuelas of Uría Menéndez Abogados, S.L.P. acted as legal advisors to Adolfo Dominguez.
