Certain Common Stock of adish Co., Ltd. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 21-SEP-2020. These Common Stock will be under lockup for 180 days starting from 25-MAR-2020 to 21-SEP-2020.

In connection with the offer and the underwriting of the underwriters, Hiroki Edo, the seller and lender, Akiko Suginohara, Takuma Ishikawa, Masahiro Ikeya, and Toshihiro Yoshikawa, and Toshihiro Yoshikawa, a shareholder of the Colopl Next 7 Fund, Mobile Factory, Inc., Val Laboratory Corporation, Ceres inc., Miki Matsuda, Yutaka Ozawa, Ryotaro Ohara, Yoshikazu Kubo, Osamu Akiba, Takashi Iizuka, and Yasushi Mabuchi are the lead managing companies. However, during the period from the execution date of the underwriting agreement to the September 21, 2020, 180 days after the listing (trading start) date.
Adish Co Ltd is a Japan-based company engaged in the provision of customer relations services, including support for social applications (Apps), social risk posting monitoring and cyber bullying countermeasures. The Company provides four kinds of services. Social app support provides customer support services that respond to inquiries from users on behalf of client companies. Internet monitoring provides a service that monitors posts made by users 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and responds to alerts, reports, warnings, non-display, when inappropriate posts are found. School guardian provides consulting services to monitor writing and potential personal information breaches on the Internet that could be an issue in school life and use them in student guidance. Front support provides services for companies to maintain and improve connections with users and form a fan community by interacting with users using social media.
