Altun Gida Ihtiyac Tuketim Maddeleri Insaat Sanayi Ve Ticaret A S agreed to acquire 12 stores in Marmara region from Adese Alisveris Merkezleri Ticaret AS (IBSE:ADESE) for TRY 19 million on April 24, 2013. Adese will dispose of the stores in the Marmara region as they are having an adverse effect on its operations. The stores will be sold without their stock and vehicle fleet.

The company will use the sale proceeds to expand its operations into more profitable locations.
