BALTIMORE, MARYLAND - January 12, 2017 - The Board of Directors of Adams Diversified Equity Fund, Inc. (NYSE:ADX) today declared a distribution of $0.05 per share, payable March 1, 2017, to shareholders of record February 10, 2017, consisting of $0.03 net investment income and $0.01 long-term capital gain, both realized in 2016, and $0.01 net investment income realized in 2017.
The Fund will be holding a conference call on January 26, 2017 at 2:00 pm EST to discuss our 2016 performance. The call may be accessed through the website www.adamsfunds.com or by calling 1-877-270-2148 and requesting the Adams Funds conference call.
