ACUMENTIS 2022 ANNUAL REVIEW

Acumentis continues to evolve as a business in its pursuit to provide service excellence and decision certainty to its clients. Homeowners, lenders, and companies across the nation turn to Acumentis for trusted property valuations and advice.

Diversification through service development and enhancement, and geographical expansion remained the focus for FY22, with a concerted effort placed on expanding our Advisory Services team. The consistent effort placed on refining services, internal training and processes, relationship building and awareness generation for family law, tax depreciation, strata self-managed super fund, asset advisory and insurance valuations has been rewarded with increases in fees from private and corporate clients.

Acumentis has been delivering property valuation expertise since 1905 to financial

institutions, governments, companies, and individuals across Australia. Acumentis provides this expertise nationwide from 45 metropolitan, regional and rural locations, with a team of over 330 property professionals.
