Acer Synergy Tech Corp. announced a private placement of 2,200,000 common shares at a price of NTD 90 for the gross proceeds of NTD 198,000,000 on May 2, 2023. The shares will be issued at TWD 10 par value and TWD 90 premium value.
The company will issue 15% of the newly issued shares which is 330,000 common shares to it's employees and 75% of the shares which is 1,650,000 common shares to the existing share holders. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors.
