5.Cause of occurrence:
The period of payment for subscription for the Company's shares ends
on Mar.2,2022. For shareholders and employees who have not made the
subscription payments, a further payment notice is hereby provided.
The company's cash capital increase subscription payment call period
starts from Mar.3,2022 to Apr.6,2022 at 3:30 pm.
6.Countermeasures:
(1)In accordance with Article 142 and Article 266, Paragraph 3 of the
Company Act, the period of payment notice is from Mar.3, 2022
to Apr.6, 2022 at 3:30 pm.
(2)The subscribers who haven't submitted the payment for subscription
can do so within the above-mentioned period with the original
subscription payment documents. The subscribers who fail to submit
the payment during the period will lose the subscription right.
(3)The company, after such period, will transfer the shares into the
stock depository account of the respective subscribers who submit
the payment during the aforesaid period
