COMBINED SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING
The Annual Shareholders' Meeting, chaired by Sébastien Bazin, Chairman of the Board of Directors, was held today at the Company's headquarters.
The quorum was 50.25% of the shares. All the resolutions submitted to the shareholders were adopted.
No dividend will be paid in 2022 in respect of fiscal year 2021.
