Accenture announced on Wednesday that it had reached an agreement to acquire Partners in Performance, an Australian strategy consulting firm, for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 1996 in Melbourne, the management consulting firm employs around 400 people on projects across five continents.

The acquisition of this company, which has developed its own data analysis and AI tools, should enable it to strengthen its expertise in the mining, metallurgy, oil & gas and chemical sectors, as well as in utilities.

Partners in Performance specializes, among other things, in cost optimization, productivity improvement, implementation of capital-intensive projects, energy transition and decarbonization.
