Ginwin Technology Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 53.31% stake in Abon Touchsystems Inc. from Abonmax Co., Ltd (TWSE:2429) for approximately TWD 110 million on December 30, 2023. The consideration consists of TWD 112.7 million in cash.
ABONMAX CO., LTD is a manufacturer of printed circuit boards (PCBs). The Company produces and sells double layer PCBs, multi layer PCBs and others. The Company's PCBs are applied to consumer products, such as camcorders, car audios, compact disc (CD) players, industrial control panels, uninterruptible power supplies (UPSs) and others; communications products, such as digital phones, answering machines, switches, personal digital assistants and others; information products, such as monitors, terminals, printers, network cards, image scanners, notebook computers and others. It also provides glass boards, which are applied in the smart phones, notebook computers, tablet computers and others. The Company is also engaged in the provision of PCB related technologies. The Company distributes its products in the domestic market and to overseas markets, including Southeast Asia, the United States, Canada, Europe and others. It also provides glass boards.
