A10 Networks, Inc. announced preliminary results for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 2017. The company expects total revenue in the fourth quarter 2017 to be between $55.5 million and $56.0 million, below its prior guidance of $64.0 million to $67.0 million. The company expects to report GAAP net income in the range of break-even to $0.01 per share. On a non-GAAP basis, the company expects to report net income between $0.05 and $0.06 per share, using approximately 74.6 million diluted shares, which is within the previous guidance for non-GAAP net income of $0.01 to $0.07 per share, using approximately 74.0 million shares on a diluted basis.
