Xu Hui signed an agreement to acquire Guangzhou A-Zenith Home Furnishings Co., Ltd. from A-Zenith Home Furnishings Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603389) for CNY 0.1 million on October 27, 2019. In a related transaction, Xu Hui signed an agreement to acquire Shenzhen A-Zenith Smart Home Technology Co., Ltd. from A-Zenith Home Furnishings Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603389) for CNY 3.7 million.
