A'Sharqiya Investment Holding Co. Announces Extension Relieving Date of Mr. AJV Jayachander, Chief Executive Officer to March 31, 2014

The Board of Directors of A'Sharqiya Investment Holding Co. (SAOG) further to their acceptance of the resignation of Mr. AJV Jayachander, Chief Executive Officer intimated on November 13, 2013 has mutually agreed to extend his date of relieving from his duties from January 31, 2014 to March 31, 2014.
