From February 7, 2017 to February 8, 2017, the company has repurchased 1,000,000 shares, representing 4.65% for ¥476 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 1,000,000 shares, representing 4.65% for ¥476 million under the buyback announced on February 7, 2017.
A&D Holon Holdings Co Ltd, formerly A&D Co Ltd, is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of measuring instrument, medical and healthcare equipment.
