3W Power Announces the Nomination of Bruce A. Brock as Chairman of the Board of Directors

3W Power SA announces that Bruce A. Brock has been appointed Interim Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company  at today's Board meeting. His appointment is effective immediately. He succeeds Roland Berger who, after more than 2 years as Chairman,decided to leave the Board. Bruce A. Brock has been a non-executive member of the Board of 3W Power since his retirement as CEO of AEG Power Solutions in July 2010. Mr. Brock served as Chief Executive Officer for AEG Power Solutions from 2005 to 2010. He has more than 40 years of industry ex perience and has served as Chairman of the International Consortium of  Advanced Manufacturing, an Advisory Board Member for Intelligent Manufacturing for the United States  Department of Commerce, and as a member of the
Board of Trustees for the Dallas Science Place.
