1Spatial plc announced that following a competitive tender it has been awarded a four year contract worth €1 million to provide its software and services to Ireland's Property Registration Authority (PRA). In addition to this, it has also been awarded a three year framework contract as a key development partner to support Ordnance Survey (OS) on their ambitious programme to deliver the next generation of Geo-Production system. PRA's dramatic transformation of Ireland's land records has been driven by the partnership with 1Spatial to develop and deliver a digital mapping system for PRA.  This is an efficient title plan maintenance environment underpinned by 1Spatial's technology to ensure data is valid, clean and fit for purpose.  By ensuring the whole organisation has access to changes real time, PRA can process case work more efficiently, which has transformed the productivity of critical areas within the business. 1Spatial has previously worked with the PRA to build their mapping system and this continuation of the relationship will enable the solution to adapt as the PRA business evolves.  Through this new four-year contract, 1Spatial will be supporting the PRA by providing services of up to €250,000 and recurring software revenues over a 4-year period of €750,000. 3 year framework contract with Ordnance Survey: 1Spatial has worked with Ordnance Survey for many years, supporting their need to be able to efficiently deliver accurate, up-to-date geographic data to customers using a continually product-ready database (Geo-Production system). This new 3-year framework agreement continues 1Spatial's long standing relationship with OS as a key development partner to support their ambitious programme to deliver the next generation of Geo-Production system. The company is in discussions with OS with regards to potential workflow and the first purchase order under this framework agreement is expected shortly. Through the delivery of best-in-class technology solutions 1Spatial will provide OS with increased flexibility in how data is captured and products are created.  This will be achieved by providing a new data capture and management environment through the use of 1Spatial technology alongside Microsoft Azure, ESRI, and Oracle technology.
