The Fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund (?ETF?) that pursues its investment objective by investing primarily in the equity securities of U.S. listed companies on which weekly options are available. The Fund?s investments in equity securities will consist primarily of common stocks with upcoming events. The events that typically drive stock and other security selection are largely based around earnings events, but the quantitative analytics may also be used to speculate on any corporate, regulatory, sector, market or macro-economic events. The Fund will also invest in the securities of other investment companies, including other ETFs and mutual funds, that invest in equity securities. The Fund?s investments in other investment companies will typically be U.S. listed ETFs that have weekly options; however, the Fund may also invest in ETFs and mutual funds on which weekly options are not available. While the Fund may invest in securities of companies of any market capitalization, the Fund will typically invest in the securities of large-capitalization companies. The Fund considers large capitalization companies to be companies with market capitalization in excess of $10 billion at the time of purchase.
