The Fund aims to track the performance of the Solactive USD Fallen Angel Issuer Capped Index (the 'Index') before charges are applied to the Fund. It does this by investing in bonds which are included in the Index. Bonds are a debt instrument in which an investor loans money to an entity that borrows the funds for a defined period of time at a fixed interest rate. If such bonds are not available, the Fund will invest in comparable bonds with the aim of delivering the performance of the Index as closely as possible. The Index aims to track the performance of 50 bonds that have recently been downgraded into the upper periphery of the high yield market (rating between BB+ and BB-).
