The Management Board of WASKO informs that on 10 January 2014 Mr Andrzej Sapierzy?ski and Mr Micha? Matusak were appointed to the Supervisory Board of WASKO S.A.

Information on the two new members of the Supervisory Board:

Andrzej Sapierzy?ski was born in 1972. He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice, Faculty of Management. After graduation, he established a company cooperating with large, mainly German production plants in Western Europe. Subsequently, he became a Polish exclusive representative of an Italian company producing technical equipment dedicated to special transport machinery, thus developing  Poltech Group cooperating with more than 50 production plants in Poland. Since 2000 Mr Sapierzy?ski has been concentrating on production and commercial real estate cooperating among others with Metro AG and Carrefour. Since 2002 he has been the plenipotentiary of HOGA.PL Management Board in charge of development of strategy of financial and commercial activities. Since 2005 he has been participating in the preparation process for merger of WASKO S.A. and HOGLA.PL S.A., which enabled WASKO joining Warsaw Stock Exchange. After the merger, Mr Sapierzy?ski was a Marketing Director responsible for promotion of the company in Polish and foreign markets. Presently, he is the owner of a consulting and investment company- SAPO Investment. Until the end of 2013, he was a Member of the Supervisory Board of NOVUM S.A. Mr Sapierzy?ski is a co-owner and the Chairman of the Management Board of FONON Sp. z o.o. specialising in project and production competence for different market segments, mainly in automotive sector. The company operates in Polish and international markets.

Mr Andrzej Sapierzy?ski does not perform any competitive activity or participate in a competitive partnership, or seat in any management bodies of a competing company towards WASKO S.A. He has not been entered to the Registry of Insolvent Debtors conducted by virtue of National Court Register Act. Mr Andrzej Sapierzy?ski is- within the meaning of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments- closely associated with Mr Wojciech Wajda, the dominant company of  WASKO S.A.

Micha? Matusak was born in 1975. He studied real estate management at the Department of Surveying and Cartography, AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. He started business activity in 1996 as the owner of Pol-Tech implementing activities connected with transport within the process of company's production. He has been linked to WASKO S.A. since 2002. In 2002- 2005 Mr Matusak was the Investment Department Director. In 2008- 2012 he was the Chairman of the Management Board of D?bica RC Sp. z o.o. producing special systems and air conditioning equipment for mining sector. Since 2005 he has been the Chairman of the Management Board of Elipsa Sp. z o.o. offering innovative building automation systems. The company also performs tasks related to construction and installation of ICT, telecommunication and energy units.

Mr Micha? Matusak does not perform any competitive activity or participate in a competitive partnership, or seat in any management bodies of a competing company towards WASKO S.A. He doesn't own any shares of WASKO SA. or he has not been entered to the Registry of Insolvent Debtors conducted by virtue of National Court Register Act. Mr Micha? Matusak is- within the meaning of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments- closely associated with Mr Wojciech Wajda, the dominant company of WASKO S.A.
