LONDON (Reuters) - British house prices fell by 0.2% on an annual basis in February, after a revised 1.3% decrease in January, the Office for National Statistics said on Wednesday.
The ONS's gauge of private rents rose by 9.2% in the year to March - the biggest increase since records started in 2015 and up from 9.0% in the 12 months to February.
