SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO

DISCLOSABLE TRANSACTION

ASSET MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 24 February 2020 (the ''Announcement'') in relation to the Asset Management Agreement. Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The Board wishes to provide additional information in relation to the Asset Management Agreement as follows:

FURTHER INFORMATION ABOUT THE PARTIES

As disclosed in the Announcement, both Wonderland Asset Management and Wonderland Securities are wholly owned subsidiaries of Wonderland International Financial Holdings Company (''Wonderland Holdings''). Wonderland Holdings is a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands. Wonderland Holdings, together with its subsidiaries (''Wonderland Group'') provides comprehensive financial services to clients in Hong Kong, including asset management services, stock brokerage services and money lending services.

Wonderland Holdings is a non-wholly owned subsidiary of Hua Zhi Investment Limited (''Hua Zhi''). Hua Zhi is owned as to approximately 49.04% by Mr. Li Gang, 13.47% by Ms. Lu Qing, 11.43% by Mr. Wang Shengkun and 26.06% by other individual shareholders (no more than 10% for each individual). Both Mr. Li Gang and Ms. Lu Qing have extensive experience in asset management and investment activities and they act as the responsible officer and representative, respectively at Wonderland Asset Management with licence to conduct Type 9 (asset management) regulated activity. Mr. Wang Shengkun has over 20 years of experience in securities and futures businesses, and

has worked in Wonderland Securities as the responsible officer with licences to conduct Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 2 (dealing in future contracts) and Type 4 (advising on securities) regulated activities.

To the best of the Directors' knowledge, information and belief having made all reasonable enquiry, Wonderland Holdings and its ultimate beneficial owners are Independent Third Parties.
