Affiliates of Rockpoint Group, L.L.C. ("Rockpoint") and Fisher Brothers together acquired an approximately 50% interest in 1345 Avenue of the Americas and 605 Third Avenue, located in New York City, from National Bulk Carriers, Inc., a New York-based real estate investment company originally owned by the late Daniel K. Ludwig. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition was completed on December 27, 2013.

Affiliates of Fisher Brothers already hold the remaining 50% stake in both buildings and Fisher Brothers continues to manage the properties.

Combined, the buildings contain approximately three million square feet of space.
