Notification of Personnel and Organizational Changes, including Directors' Areas of Responsibility

Rinnai Corporation will be implementing the following personnel and organizational changes.

1. Organizational Changes (effective April 1)

• In the Marketing & Sales Headquarters, we will reorganize the existing Sales Division and Sales Management Division into a new Sales Division along with a Sales Planning Division, Sales

  Management Division, Management Promotion Division and Customer Service Supervisory Division.

• In the Research & Development Headquarters, we will reorganize the Product Development Division and the Engineering Development Division and create Product Development Division I to handle water

  heaters and home heaters and Product Development Division II to handle kitchen appliances.

• In the Quality Assurance Headquarters, we will integrate the Accident Information Control Office into the Quality Assurance Division.

• We will newly establish the Corporate Planning Headquarters and transfer the Corporate Planning

  Division and Information System Division to the new headquarters from the Administration Headquarters.

• In the Administration Headquarters, we will change the name of the Corporate Communication Office to the Corporate Communication Division.

• We will transfer the e-Business Promotion Office from the Administration Headquarters to the Sales

Division of the Marketing & Sales Headquarters.
