PURPORTED SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING CONVENED

BY THE REQUISITIONIST

Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 21 November 2018 and 29 November 2018 (the "Announcements"). Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

The Board wishes to inform shareholders and potential investors that, at the hearing of 29 November 2018 (Bermuda time), the Supreme Court of Bermuda ordered, inter alia, that the Purported SGM is adjourned to be held on 30 December 2018, and the Board is instructed to ensure that all procedural steps necessary for the hearing of the business to be dealt with in the Purported SGM, which procedural steps include compliance with the Bye-Laws and the Listing Rules.

The Company is seeking legal advice on the above matters. Further announcement will be made as and when appropriate.
