Pursuant to the Bond Terms, clause 12, the Issuer shall prepare Interim Accounts no later than 60 days after the end of the relevant quarterly period, eg. for the period ending on 31 December. The Issuer will however publish the Annual Financial Statement already end of March 2020, i.e. 90 days after the end of Q4. Given that the Issuer will not use the 120 days' time allowance with respect to the Annual Financial Statement and that the Annual Financial Statement will be published less than 20 Business Days after the deadline to publish the Interim Accounts for Q4 as per the Bond Terms, the Issuer has decided to publish the Q4 Interim Accounts at the same time as the Annual Financial Statement. It is the opinion of the Issuer that this decision is in the interest of the Issuer and the Bondholders.
