Notice Concerning Submission of Shelf Registration Statement of Investment Corporation Bonds Tokyo, January 20, 2017 - Mori Trust Sogo Reit, Inc. (MTR) has announced that it has submitted a shelf registration statement of investment corporation bonds to the Director - General of the Kanto Local Finance Bureau.
