IDP Education notes that the Company has failed to lodge required Appendix 3Y documentation with the ASX within the prescribed time period.

The late lodgement of the Appendix 3Y has arisen due to an administrative error whereby the application of the ASX requirement to securities issued under the IDP Education Employee Incentive Plan had not been adequately addressed. This breach does not relate to any trading of IEL shares but to the conversion of performance rights to ordinary shares under the IDP Employee Incentive Plan.

Today IDP Education Limited will lodge the following Appendix 3Y documentation:

• • The issue of ordinary shares on the exercise of performance rights to Peter Polson under the IDP Education Employee Incentive Plan.

• • The issue of ordinary shares on the exercise of performance rights to Gregory West under the IDP Education Employee Incentive Plan.

• • The disposal of ordinary shares by Peter Polson. Please note an Appendix 3Y relating to this change was originally lodged on 10 May 2017. This has been re-lodged to reflect the correct number of securities held prior to the change.

The Company is committed to compliance with the ASX Listing Rules, including Rules 3.19A and 3.19B. The Company's obligations under these rules have now been clarified and internal procedures have been amended to ensure future compliance.
