CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME AND LOGO

The Board is pleased to announce that the English name of the Company has been changed from ''Focus Media Network Limited'' to ''Cornerstone Financial Holdings Limited'' and has adopted the Chinese name ''基石金融控股有限公司'', both with effect from 18 December 2017. Accordingly, the logo of the Company has also been changed.

CHANGE OF STOCK SHORT NAMES

The stock short name of the Company for trading the Shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from ''FOCUS MEDIA'' to ''CORNERSTONE FIN'' in English and ''基石金 融'' in Chinese with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 25 January 2018.

CHANGE OF COMPANY WEBSITE

The official website of the Company has been changed from ''www.focusmedia.com'' to ''www.cs8112.com'' with immediate effect.

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 20 November 2017 and the circular of the Company dated 23 November 2017 (the ''Circular'') and the poll results announcement of the Company dated 15 December 2017 in relation to the Change of Company Name. Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular.

CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME AND LOGO

The Board is pleased to announce that, after passing of a special resolution in relation to the Change of Company Name by the Shareholders at the EGM held on 15 December 2017, the Registry of Companies in the Cayman Islands approved the registration of the new names of the Company and issued the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name on 18 December 2017. The conditions for the Change of Company Name have therefore been satisfied and the English name of the Company has been changed from ''Focus Media Network Limited'' to ''Cornerstone Financial Holdings Limited'' and ''基石金融控股有限公 司'' has been adopted as the Chinese name of the Company, both with effect from 18 December 2017. The Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong on 16 January 2018 confirming the registration of the new names of the Company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) with effect from 16 January 2018.

Accordingly, the logo of the Company has also been changed from '''' to '''' with immediate effect.

CHANGE OF STOCK SHORT NAMES

Following the change of the Company name becoming effective, the stock short names of the Company for trading the Shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from ''FOCUS MEDIA'' to ''CORNERSTONE FIN'' in English and ''基石金融'' in Chinese with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 25 January 2018.

CHANGE OF COMPANY WEBSITE

The official website of the Company has been changed from ''www.focusmedia.com'' to ''www.cs8112.com'' with immediate effect.

EFFECT OF THE CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The Change of Company Name will not affect any rights of the Shareholders. All existing share certificates of the Company in issue bearing the former name of the Company will continue to be good evidence of legal title to the Shares and will remain valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes. There will not be any arrangement for free exchange of existing share certificates of the Company for new share certificates bearing the new names of the Company. New share certificates of the Company will be issued under the new names of the Company. The stock code of the Company on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged as ''8112''.
