--Dallas Independent School District (TX) unlimited tax school building & refunding bonds series 2004A (prerefunded maturities only);

--Dallas Independent School District (TX) unlimited tax school building bonds series 2004 (prerefunded maturities only);

--Fort Worth (TX) water & sewer system revenue refunding & improvement bonds series 2005 (refunded with new CUSIPs assigned);

--Lorain County (OH) general obligation limited tax various purpose improvement bonds series 2004 (prerefunded maturities only);

--Midlothian Independent School District (TX) unlimited tax school building & refunding bonds series 2004 (prerefunded maturities only);

--Midlothian Independent School District (TX) unlimited tax school building & refunding bonds series 2005 (refunded with new CUSIPs assigned);

--Midlothian Independent School District (TX) unlimited tax school building & refunding bonds series 2006 (refunded with new CUSIPs assigned);

--New York City (NY) general obligation bonds (taxable) series fiscal 2005E (refunded with new CUSIPs assigned);

--Utah Transit Authority (UT) sales tax revenue bonds series 2005B (prerefunded maturities only).
