Finland issued 3 billion euros ($3.27 billion) in new April 2038-dated government bonds via a bank syndicate on Thursday, one of the lead manager banks said.

The spread on the bond was set 10 basis points above mid-swaps, the same bank said. The bond, which has a 2.75% coupon, was priced at 98.484, at a yield of 2.875%, the bank said.

Joint bookrunners of the transaction were Barclays, BofA Securities, Danske Bank, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and J.P. Morgan.
