PROFIT GUIDANCE FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2017

The board of directors (the "Board") of Eindec Corporation Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that, following a preliminary review of the Group's unaudited consolidated financial results for the financial year ended 31 December 2017 ("FY2017"), the Group expects to report a net loss for FY2017.

This was mainly attributable to the following:

• (a) Lower revenue as a result of the challenging market environment; and

• (b) Lower gross profit margin of clean room equipment and air purification equipment due to competitive market condition.

Further details of the Group's financial performance will be disclosed when the Company finalizes and announces the Group's unaudited consolidated financial results for FY2017, no later than 28 February 2018.
