Application has been made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing of, and permission to deal in, the senior notes due 2021 in the aggregate principal amount

of US$162,475,000 bearing interest at the rate of 8.75% per annum (the "Notes"), to be issued by China Logistics Property Holdings Co., Ltd (中國物流資產控股有限公司)

and guaranteed by certain of its direct and indirect subsidiaries, as described in the listing document in relation to the Notes, being the information memorandum dated September 18, 2019. The Notes will be offered to professional investors (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and in the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong)) only. The listing of, and permission to deal in, the Notes is expected to become effective on September 26, 2019.
