By Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia Securities) would like to announce that ADVENTA BERHAD (ADVENTA) has triggered the criteria pursuant to Practice Note No. 17 (PN17) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (Listing Requirements).
ADVENTA announced on 7 January 2013 that it is considered a PN17 Company pursuant to Paragraph 2.1(g) of PN17.
Bursa Malaysia Securities would like to emphasise that it will continue to monitor the progress of ADVENTA in respect of its compliance with the Listing Requirements.
