BBK, Bahrain's pioneer in retail and commercial banking, held its monthly 'Day of Appreciation' to announce the Gold & Silver Monthly Award winners within its Employee Recognition Programme for the month of December 2016 at its headquarters in Manama.
On December 29th 2016, Mr. Reyadh Yousif Sater Chief Executive of BBK handed over the Gold award to Maram Waleed Buallay from Human Resource & Administration.
On the same day, he handed over the Silver awards to Ebrahim Juma Al Saadi & Ahmed Said Nawar from Information Technology and Hussain A.Majeed Toorani from Treasury & Investment.
The programme, which recognizes and rewards all BBK employees, is aligned with the Bank's philosophy that a motivated and engaged workforce translates into a superior banking experience for its customers.
Each month, different categories of Awards acknowledge high level of achievement. They are granted to deserving employees for their extraordinary and notable achievement toward the Bank's performance and productivity based on a predetermined criteria approved by the Top Management.
