Yen Wah Lam

Ms. Lam joined Castlelake in 2018 and leads its global Human Resources team.
Based in London, she is responsible for guiding Castlelake’s talent strategy, nurturing the firm’s culture and guiding its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programming.
Additionally, Ms. Lam manages and delivers employment policies, compensation, benefits, and learning and development programming to employees.
Ms. Lam became a partner of the firm in 2020.
Prior to joining Castlelake, Ms. Lam was head of human resources at Jupiter Asset Management in London.
Prior to Jupiter, she worked at BT Radianz, a technology firm.
Ms. Lam received her B.A.
from the University of Leeds and her M.A.
in human resource management from the University of Westminster.
She is also certified by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
