Xavier Oh

Xavier is a member of Actis’ Asian real estate team and his responsibilities span investment origination through to divestment, with a particular focus on investment origination and evaluation.
Overall he has been actively investing in the Asian real estate industry for more than 16 years.
Xavier joined Actis in 2018 when he was a member of the Korean investment team within Standard Chartered Bank’s Principal Finance Real Estate group (PFRE) which Actis acquired.
Prior to joining PFRE, Xavier led the acquisition team at GE Capital Real Estate where he was in charge of acquisition and management of REITs in Korea with an aggregate value of US$900 million.
Before this, he served as an investment manager at Mirae Asset, responsible for overseas real estate investment where he successfully completed office building acquisitions and development projects with total value of US$2 billion in Shanghai, San Francisco, and Sao Paulo.
Xavier holds a B.A. in Management and an LL.B. in International Law from Handong University in Korea.
