Wister Morriss, III, is a Principal & Client Strategist at Signature Financial Management, Inc. Prior to joining Signature Financial, Mr. Morris worked with Miller Center as associate director in 2004.
In 2003, he served as program director of the Miller Center's National Commission on Federal Election Reform, co-chaired by Presidents Jimmy Carter and Gerald Ford.
In 1998, he joined the University of Virginia's Miller Center of Public Affairs as Executive Director and General Counsel of the Miller Center Foundation.
Previously, after graduating from law school, he joined the Washington, D.C.
office of Fulbright & Jaworski as an associate in the international practice group.
He left Fulbright in 1992 to co-found Vega Group Limited, an international consulting firm focused on helping companies develop and implement successful export strategies.
Mr. Morris graduated from Middlebury College in 1985 and from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1989.
He is currently a trustee and member of the investment committee of North Cross School in Roanoke, Virginia and director of the H.
Gordon and Mary Smyth Foundation in Charlottesville.
