Starburst Holdings Ltd. is an investment company, which engages in the provision of management services. It operates through the following segments: Firearm Shooting Ranges, Tactical Training Mock-Ups, and Maintenance Services and Other. The Firearm Shooting Ranges segment refers to the design, fabrication, and installation of firearm shooting ranges for military and law enforcement organizations. The Tactical Training Mock-Ups segment develops and sets-up training mock-ups such as rescue and evacuation operations, aviation and maritime, sniper operations, and counter terrorism scenarios. The Maintenance Services and Other segment offers maintenance programs for completed firearm shooting ranges and tactical training mock-ups, as well as design and supply of steel struts and steel beams for temporary or permanent structural and architectural steel works on an ad hoc basis. The company was founded by Chin Wah Lim and Tin Foo Yap on October 28, 2013 and is headquartered in Singapore.
