He has many years experience in practicing corporate law at large law firms - Stroock & Strook & Lavan LLP in New York, where he structured and launched US & international hedge and private equity funds for a major global bank and advised multiple investment advisers and fund sponsors on securities law, 1940 Investment Advisers and Company Acts and other regulatory issues, and Chadbourne & Parke LLP in New York, where he focused on cross-border M&A transactions and traveled to and worked out of Russia and the Middle East as a member of the Russian/CIS practice group.
Mr. Daynovsky immigrated to the US in 1989 from Odessa, Ukraine, and received his BS (with honors) from New York University and his JD from Fordham University School of Law.
