Mr. Wadler has originated and executed on numerous restructuring and other leveraged finance transactions, including bank amendments and in-court and out-of-court restructurings as well as new capital raisings through the issuance of bank, high yield and mezzanine financings in connection with leveraged buy-outs and recapitalizations.
In addition, he has also originated and executed on a number of M&A and equity transactions throughout his career, with extensive experience in exclusive sale transactions.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Wadler has advised many leading financial sponsors and public and private companies.

in Finance with distinction from Indiana University.
