Timothy H. Aquino

Mr. Aquino joined Key Principal Partners from Edgewater Capital Partners, an equity capital investment firm focused on lower middle-market transactions.
While at Edgewater, he assisted in the initial evaluation of prospective investment opportunities, financial modeling and valuation analyses, as well as due diligence in support of potential transactions.
Prior to joining Edgewater in 2007, he was a sell-side research analyst with KeyBanc Capital Markets, a division of McDonald Investments Inc. While at KeyBanc, he followed several basic materials sectors including Steel/Metals and more recently Specialty Chemicals, on which he primarily focused for three years.
Mr. Aquino is well-versed in adhesives and epoxy resins, plastics, industrial and specialty gases, flavor and fragrance chemicals, and fine chemicals, and holds intricate knowledge of the major chemical-intensive end markets including petroleum refining, housing and construction, automotive, aerospace, industrial manufacturing, food and beverage, and consumer goods.
Mr. Aquino holds a B.S.
in Business Administration from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio.
