Thomas Kermorgant

Mr. Thomas Kermorgant is a Founding Partner of Osiris Partners.
Prior to founding Osiris, he accumulated 14 years of experience in managing turnarounds in an international environment, both in managerial and advisory roles.
As an entrepreneur and CEO, he developed management experience in critical business situations.
He has experienced the full investment cycle from business formation through fund raising, implementation, management and exit in several different businesses and countries.
Prior to that, as a consultant at BCG and AT Kearney, he worked in a wide variety of industries on turnaround and operational improvement projects.
Through this he acquired the analytical tools and expertise in change management to guide large and complex organizations through periods of dramatic changes.
Mr. Kermogant is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
He graduated from Harvard Business School where he received first year honors and from French business school ESSEC.
He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the Arthur Sachs foundation and the Harvard Club of France.
