Valiant Bank AG (Valiant Bank) is the commercial banking subsidiary of Valiant Holding AG (SW: VATN) in Switzerland. The firm was established in 1997 and in 2011, subsidiaries Banque Romande Valiant, Spar + Leihkasse Steffisburg and Valiant Privatbank were merged under the umbrella of Valiant Bank. Valiant Bank is headquartered in Zurich and provides commercial banking services for SMEs, retail private clients and high-net worth clients in German and French-speaking Switzerland.

Valiant Privatbank AG (Valiant Privatbank) is a private bank subsidiary of Valiant Bank AG, itself a subsidiary of Valiant Holding AG (SW: VATN) in Switzerland. Valient Holding was established in 1997 when three regional banks joined forces to create a holding entity. Valiant Privatbank was also founded in 1997. Based in Bern, Valient Privatbank is the group's asset management bank. The group has a network of branch offices in the Cantons of Bern, Freiburg and Luzern.

Schroder Investment Management (Switzerland) AG (SIMSAG) is the Swiss wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Schroder International Holdings Ltd., ultimately owned by Schroders Plc (LON: SDR) in Great Britain. Headquartered in Zurich, SIMSAG was founded in 1988 and acts as the fund management company for the Schroder funds domiciled in Switzerland.
