Previously, Mr. Fischer started his career working as a Market Analyst for Philips International in the Netherlands.
After that he worked as an Investment Specialist at Charles Schwab, Vice President at Churchill Management Group, and Vice President at Index Funds Advisors, Inc. He has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, with a minor in Finance, from San Diego State University.
