Terry W. Wang

Mr. Wang joined Page Mill in 2007.
Mr. Wang’s primary responsibilities at Page Mill include sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, negotiation and closing of acquisition and development opportunities.
Mr. Wang brings to the Fund more than 14 years of professional experience in corporate finance, project and construction management including entitlements, permitting, budget and contract management, negotiation, and feasibility studies.
Prior to joining Page Mill Properties, Mr. Wang was forward planning manager for KB Home where his primary responsibilities included coordinating all aspects of the entitlement and improvement plan process from due diligence to building permit.
Prior to that, Mr. Wang worked for Pulte Homes as a Land Project Engineer managing infrastructure construction and common area land improvements.
Previously, Mr. Wang worked as Financial Planning Manager for Amwest Insurance Group (the 10th largest writer of surety bonds in the US) where he was responsible for the corporate annual budget and monthly variance reporting.
Mr. Wang holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley; and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business-Economics from University of California, Los Angeles.
