Since 1995, Mr. Wilens has provided operationally oriented financial consulting services on behalf of portfolio companies of CSCP’s three private equity funds.
He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over thirty years of experience as a business owner, financial consultant and financial executive in both an operating and corporate environment.
Fifteen of those years were spent with the Allen Group, Inc., a NYSE-listed manufacturer of cellular communications and automotive products, where he served as Chief Financial Officer of a multi-plant manufacturer and distributor of automotive products and also as Vice president and Corporate Controller.
Mr. Wilens earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting from the City University of New York.
