Mr. Stuart Gould is Head of Program Trading at Cowen & Co. Prior to joining Cowen & Co. on January 05, 2009, he was a senior member of the portfolio trading desk at Morgan Stanley.
Prior to his role at Morgan Stanley, he managed Cantor Fitzgerald's program trading business where he was responsible for establishing a competitive portfolio trading product line including effective web based analytic tools and algorithmic trading strategies.
Prior to Cantor Fitzgerald, he played an instrumental part in developing cutting edge program trading and analytic systems as head of the program trading desk at Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette and later with Credit Suisse.
Mr. Gould graduated with a BS from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1991.
