Mr. Steve Siegel is Senior Advisor at Irving Place Capital Management LP.
Prior to joining Irving Place Capital in 2008, he was President, Chief Executive Officer and an owner from 1989 to 2004 of Watermark Donut Company, a large Dunkin’ Donuts franchise system in Boston.

From 1994 to 2001, Mr. Siegel held executive leadership positions at Filene’s Basement, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and General Counsel.
He began his career as an attorney in 1968 and has served in general counsel, executive leadership, and board-level roles in a wide range of industries.
In 2002, he became the first franchisee to serve as Chairman of the International Franchisee Association.
Mr. Siegel holds a JD from New York University School of Law and an AB in Economics, cum laude, from Bowdoin College.
