Steve joins Accelmed from Proskauer, where he was previously co-head of the Private Equity Group.
Steve spent more than 30 years in private equity and has been involved in all types of acquisition transactions including auctions and privately negotiated transactions, acquisitions from public and private companies, and acquisitions out of bankruptcy.
He has extensive experience in private equity and debt offerings, as well as senior and subordinated loan transactions.
Steve is also the former President of the Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF).
Steve holds a J.D.
degree from Columbia University School of Law and a B.S.
from Cornell University.
